Cyndi is excited to join the MWP Team after retiring from the City of Jefferson as their Director of Parks and Recreation. She began her career with the Brooklyn Park MN Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department in 1990. Cyndi became the Aquatics and Recreation Supervisor for the City of Watertown in 1991, and the Parks and Rec Director for the Village of DeForest in 1996. She found a big challenge with the City of Jefferson, and spent the next twenty-six years there.

During her career she tackled many projects, including water park construction, playground and shelter installation, conservancy development, and many environmentally-sensitive area improvements. She also enjoyed her work with the WPRA on various committees and boards, as well as serving as President of the association. She is currently on the WPRA Foundation Board.

In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her grandchildren and family, in the garden, and canning, along with her stained-glass hobby. Anyone who knows Cyndi knows that she is a home vintner, and loves to talk about wine. Her husband of thirty-five years tries to keep up.

Cyndi is looking forward to serving many more communities throughout Wisconsin through MWP, where her emphasis will be successful project manifestation. She will assist existing and future MWP account executives to better serve our growing clientele. She looks forward to traveling the state in these new endeavors.
